Clear 500ml bottle from the Cheese Larder (South Molton). Drank at my brothers in Devon on 19th June 2026. Hazy body, apple taste, leaning towards a scrumpy type feel.

Sample courtesy of Danlo. Cheers. Aroma initially of the rum barrel and sweet apple. But the woody notes faded. Taste was sweet apples, tannins with a drying finish. Expected a bit more.

12/6/2026. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Good pour. Sweet apple, some richness. Tangy, tannic, drying, woody. Mild rumminess. Dry, bitter, musty, woody, funky finish. Lacked some body. Likeable.

700ml bottle from Rull Orchard, for #rgpm. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of perry, citric, some tequila agave & wood barrel. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, vanilla, wood barrel, oak, tequila notes. with citrusy acidity, and some tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying peary agave at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Rull Orchard. Golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, fleshy, appley, strawberries, with lemon sherbert, and sour, zingy acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

350ml bottle from Rull Orchard. Amber gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, rum barrel. Taste is sweetish, appley, ripe, fruity, caramel, with some wood, rum barrel notes and tangy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Rull Orchard. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, wood, earth, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, tangy, with a baked apple hint, some woody funk, alittle tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry tart and tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, well balanced.

Taste is sweet, fruity, red appley, woody, funk hint, with some tart acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.
