Bottle pour at London Cider House, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle funk and crisp apple skins, with a hint of toffee. Flavour is champagne-like, with moderate funk and bone dry apple skins. Bone dry, not particularly complex, but carb'd nicely and drinkable. Decent but nothing special.

375ml bottle purchased from Hereford Cider Museum, drunk at home. Light to mid-gold, clear and still. Sour, tart, almost astringent smell of apple skin. Taste is sweet, woody, with strong apple moving to a slightly drying bitterness. Handles the balance pretty damn well. Light body and almost no carbonation. Delicious.

Panda at home, thanks to Edward Danlo, 07/05/23. Clear deep golden with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is mellow apple, orchard fruits, grass, tannins, oak, light herb. Taste comprises ripe apples, tannins, orchard wood, apple skins, light funk, faint acidic tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid flavoursome cider.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Slight hazed pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of fruity pear, alittle funk. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fruity, with a funk hint, some citric tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, apple, fruit, woody, oak, caramel note, with barnyard funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a halo of loose white head. Aroma is dry oaky funk, mineral, flint, bark. Flavour is composed of dry woody apple, flint, bark tannin. grass, little harsh. Paalte is uber dry, tannin, fine carbonation, super dry finish.
