Intensiver, cremig-röstiger Malzbeginn. Leichte Süße, weich, Kaffee und Vanille gefallen. Leicht unterdurchschnittliche Karbonisierung, süffig, leichte Bitterkeit. Weiter Kaffee mit angenehmem Vanillearoma, angenehme Herbe, würzig. Hintergründig immer wieder deutlich hopfig, wenig süß, langer malziger Nachhall. Lecker! 12/11/11/11/10/11

Poured light golden in color, pretty much clear looks.
Light citrusy and grassy hoppy aroma. Malty, but shy overall. Light bitterness/dryness in finish.

very hazy pale yellow colour, large, dense ecru-ish head; aroma of orange (peel), stone fruity, lemony, some, pine and berries notes; taste of hoppy bitterness and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one

Can @ home. Clear dark brown, very close to black body under a big, fine foamy beige head. Aroma of dark malt, chocolate and cardamom. Taste is sweet, dark, smooth malt, chocolate and distinct cardamom. Alcohol is well hidden. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. The base beer is typical Amager porter, well made and balanced, super smooth. The cardamom is the joker here, I had this served quite cold so the cardamom felt subdued in the start, just like a nice, spiced Christmas beer. The during the last part of the can it was heated up a bit and the spiced part felt a bit to heavy, still a very nice beer.

(Keg at Oluthuone Haka, 20260306) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, herbalness, citrus fruits and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, citrus fruits, herbalness, honey, flours and bitterness. Aftertaste had herbalness, flours and bitterness. A rather good hoppy brew. The notes of flours were confusing.
