750 ml black waxed bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat (sold out now). ABV is 13.2%. Pitch black colour, large to moderate brown head. Aroma of roast malts, molasses, fusel, chocolate, oak and bourbon. Rich and warming mouthfeel. Very sweet flavour, notes of oak and bourbon, brown sugar and dark dried fruits, bitter finish.

330 ml can, vintage 2025, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 10.0%. Deep and slightly hazy reddish brown colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel and brown bread, a hint of dark dried fruits. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, also distinct oaky notes, fairly distinct bittering hops, hints of spices. Warming mouthfeel.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub Thessaloniki. We have this beer very often when it's available by Amager Bryghus. Great American Pale Ale. Citrusy, hoppy aroma with peach, citrus, mandarin flavour, nice retention at the creamy head and a nice bitter aftertaste. Good one. I love it.
