Bottle at ACBF’16 with Borresteijn, Kermis, Zlotta & the Queen of Whales. Hazy, light amber color. Off white head. Aroma’s: tropical fruit, citrus. Retronasal it’s tropical fruit, confit, resin. Flavor is light bitter, light sweet. Light bodied. Finishes moderate bitter.

Bottle sample at ACBF’16. Hazy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, resin, nice and hoppy, light floral, light malty. Flavour follows, bright, citrusy, light malty, bitter hoppy finish. Light bodied.

Bottle sample at ACBF’16. Hazy golden orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of the ginger-like galangal, lemongrass, light fruity, yeast, spices. Flavour is medium sweet, quite spicy, galangal, lemongrass, light herbal, yeasty, fruity, dry bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy carbo. OK if you like spicy saisons.

Bottle sample at ACBF’16. Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of lots of spices, lemon, lemon verbena, coriander seeds, wheat. Flavour is medium sweet, dry, lots of lemon verbena and coriander seeds, almost soapy, bitter finish. Firm carbonation. OK if you like spicy witbiers, became a bit too much for me towards the end of the glass.

Sampled from bottle at Amsterdam Craft Beer Fest 2016. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-spicy taste of citrus, coriander and licorice root. Sweetish, fruity-spicy taste of citrus, coriander and licorice root, followed by a short, spicy and slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice and refreshing!

Bottle at Amsterdam Craft Beer Festival. Very hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, really nice citra coming out in this one, some light fruity notes and a hint of malt behind. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with a juicy hop palate and soft carbonation.

Sweetish, fruity and slightly resiny taste of mango, orange jam and some pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
