Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Clear gold pour with a white head. Nice sweet fruit aromas- peach, papaya, mango, pineapple, sweet citrus. Flavours of mango, papaya, peach, pink grapefruit, tangerine. Fresh fruity feel. Lightly bitter.

Can. 2nd time of asking! Citra, Idaho 7, Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin hops. Just a light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light but forward creamy sweetness. Touch of grain on the back end, not that strong but enough to be annoying. Light smooth cooling pine hops. Light and slightly floral citrus with pretty modest tropical fruits on the back end. Smooth light finish. Had a lot of very good beers from Gravity Well recently so, this is quite a let down. Would never have known Nectaron was used here and the other hops hardly shout their presence. Perfectly drinkable, quite unexciting.

440ml can. Opaque reddy-orange-pink, no head. Aroma of passionfruit, orange, raspberries. Taste features all the fruits nicely, passionfruit and orange mainly, backed up with some raspberry tartness, sweet and sour. Full bodied, smooth. Great non-beer stuff.

Large tight white head on a finely carbonated unclear dull golden coloured body. Orange, mango & exotic fruits aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a cloying back. Nectarine, lemon, melon & bitter hop tastes with a peppery finish.
Nice quaffer.

Can. A light haze on this pale yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a pleasant light creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. That old warehorse Citra is delivering a light but bright and fairly juicy orange and mandarin citrus. Nelson delivers a mild skunk and a whisper of winey grape. Light and crisp finish. Impressed with Gravity Well of late. Like Azvex and Track, rarely a beer that doesn't hit the mark.
