Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Keg at BDCW - London. Pours black brown with a tight, creamy tan head. Medium sweet with ashy roast, lots of torched wood, earth, bitter cocoa, cedar. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Drying and warming to finish, more sturdy burnt wood and barrel character, a light rawness, some bittersweet cocoa. Nice one overall.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Black with a khaki head that veers to the edge of the glass. Nose is chocolate, toasted brown sugars, spruce notes, dark malts, candied fruits. Taste comprises chocolate pot, hint of banana, spice, herb, molasses, candied fruit rinds. Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a kiss of booze. Decent for a cask impy stout.
