Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Hazy amber beer, white head. Smells of hippy tropical fruit. Flavour has citrus, grapefruit, grassy hop, some mango. Flavour is a nice bittersweet balance, and there's just a hint of pepper in the finish which adds a little extra too. Very decent.

2 pints of keg in the Gidea Park Tap. Moderately hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light to medium palate, good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, quite sweet, touch of milky sweetness. Hops are mildly spicy and more skunky, some hop fruits, the Sabro seems a little suppresses. Spicy skunk savoury finish. Didn't hate this but I was never quite settled with the milky sweet malts and the upfront savoury skunk of the hops.

440ml can. Almost clear orange, white head. Aroma of pine and grapefruit. Taste of sweet malts, caramel, grapefruit, pine, resin, citrus rinds, I wouldn't call this dry at all - in fact it's actually pretty sweet especially for a westie, as Beese said below it's lacking good bitterness, but otherwise the flavour profile is decent.
