Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can. Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth palate with decent fine carbonation coming through on the back end. Smooth pale malts, a light and pleasant creamy sweetness. The Nectaron hops impart a lovely floral melon and peach with smooth pine. A light touch of citrus from the supporting hops. Hop spice bites on the end. Hugely drinkable modern hopped affair.

Keg at BD 7D, Collabfest mop up, 02/11/22. Black with a moderate tan covering that veers edgewards. Nose is chocolate, toffee, dark malts, spice, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises dark malts, molasses, rum notes, coffee, light spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kick of alcohol. Not bad.

Keg at Beer & Burger, Willesden Green, London. A hazy golden orange/yellow coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, grapefruit, orange, tropical fruit aroma & taste. A dank, juicy IPA from East London, really nice beer.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, slightly thin and dry, but delivering an adequate creamy sweetness. The Simcoe hops deliver a classic floral orange with a mellow and slightly pithy mandarin undertone. Crisp cooling pine alongside. With this concentration of Simcoe you would hope for some more hop complexity and there is. Light touches of peach and mango and a light savoury touch. Finishes semi dry and crisp with some hop spice starting to nibble. Crisp and drinkable but nothing new.
