I mean, if you want to craft brew a basic American adjunct lager, go right ahead. But between the corn and the dextrin malt, Good People have given us a very sweet, very corn-heavy pale beer, with just enough moderate caramel and biscuit notes from the malt and floral-citric hops to make it stand out from macro swill. Low bar, I know, but any port in a storm.

Clear pale golden. Some zesty spice notes, light hay, earth, and citrus fruit. Thin bodied. Finish has a spicy burn. Nice.

2018 vintage Re-rate. Draft at Craft Brewed. Deep cacao nib and coffee aromas permeate the nose. Tobacco, coffee and dark chocolate roasted on the palate. Dry and less sweet than previous batches.
