Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, very oxidized, earthy, more oxidation, caramel, chocolate. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: a bit sweet, good roast, whisky, bourbon, vanilla, lovely. Aftertaste: sugary, lots and lots of chocolate, very intense, some caramel, a bit sweet, dry, alcohol, lovely!

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, very rural, barn yard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little sweet, clean bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, hoppy, grassy, bitter finish, decent lager!

On tap, at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A nice, pretty standard pale lager, well brewed, with a nice fruityness in the aroma. Perhaps a bit green in the flavor, like with DMS, or just a too fresh beer. Like it though. 646414 251107

Handpump. Amber-orange pour, a bit unclear and with white medium-low foam. Nose: mild malty, bread crust and hints of crumb. Mouth: clean taste, malty, fresh with hints of nuts and a medium bitter end
