Can, #591, nine months before canning. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is fruity notes of peaches, hay, doughy malts and notes of wheat, as well as grassy hops. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is fruity yeast, malts with bread, hay and honey, as well as grassy hops with wheaty minerals.

Bottle, #569, bottle 97 av 900, ten years before bbd. Pours hazy golden, with a tiny head. Aroma is acetic with fruity notes plums, red apples and currants, as well as bretty notes of grass and wooden barrels. Full body, with almost no carbonation. Flavour is acetic notes of apple cider vinegar, plums, bretty notes of apples and wine grapes, as well as floral minerals, tannins and wooden barrels.

0,33 boks fra mitt gamle fjernlager, hjemme: nesten helt klar rubinrød med fint skum. Rips, bringebær, solbær og blåbær som annonsert, og at dette fungerer utmerket også som koseøl er herved konstatert.
