Bakgården Både & 141221. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, malt. Flavor is tropical fruits, pine, grapefruit, lactose. Easy drinkable beer.

Murky amber colour, small off-white head Caramel, spiceyness, yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet riped fruits, caramel, light spices in the flavour. A bit messy tripel.

Can from Bakgården. Hazy yellow golden body under a fast-disappearing white head. Strong aroma of tropical fruits. Taste is nice and fresh with tropical fruits in general and a hint of lactose. Taste is surprisingly balanced for the style and even feels a bit bitter considering 0 IBU. Nice and refreshing.

Can. Almost clear golden body under a nice white head. Aroma has pale malt, some yeast and both a floral and herbal touch. Taste is smooth, pale malt, a faint hint of honey, esters and a lovely touch of herbs and some floral elements. Fine balanced body and medium lasting aftertaste. It’s a fine version of a typical blonde, but with a twist. It gives almost just a feeling of something extra from herbs or spices but very gentle. Can’t identify anything particular but there is something making the little extra in a very balanced way without disturbing the original Blond flavors. A nice version of a slightly dull beer style.
