Golden with a white head - strong fruity aroma - Malt body with a strong fruity flavour with some funky notes as well - The strong fruity flavour goes into a long finish that has some acidic notes to it - This was nice and refreshing

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Batch 116. Gyldengulbrun. Litt uklar. Lavt tett skum som holder seg en stund. Heftig fruktaroma. Smaken fruktsaft. Lett syrlig & tørr etter hvert. Ikke min smak.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white skum. Discreet tropical hop notes in the nose. Medium body, rather lively carbonation, slightly phenollic and medicinal with a hoppy finish. Not really shining all that brightly. Had expected more considering the positive notions surrounding the brewery. 090217

Bottle. It’s a lightly hazy dark golden colored beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is super-fruity, lots of pink grapefruit, some passion fruit and peach, a touch of lemon and a bready sour mash touch in the back. It’s medium bodied, dry and quite effervescent, tart and lightly puckering. Pink grapefruit, passionfruit, lemon and peach notes and a backdrop of bread and sour mash. The finish is really lasting, even though the carbonation tries to clean the palate. A super-refreshing and quenching beer, already looking forward to the next time. 170204

330ml bottle, batch 116 picked up at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Cloudy golden body. White tophead that stayed for a while. Spotty lacing. Prominent smell of passion fruits. Taste profile follows suit with passion fruits and lemony tartness. Tart fruity ending. Refreshing. Decent (Tromsø 21.01.2017).

Growler, 2ltr. It’s an almost clear beer, peachy to golden in color and with a dense, two-finger white head on top. Cute lacing. The aroma is mostly on the tropical side, with peaches, passionfruit, elderflower, some orange and sharon fruit. A vague touch of malts in the back, with a nice touch of the yeast. Presume it’s the yeast though. It’s smooth on the palate, semi-dry and medium bodied, with a gentle bitterness in the back. Mostly fruity flavor, where you find the same elements as in the aroma, with a hint of black pepper and some more focus on peach. A subtle touch of pine cones chime in towards the very end. I wouldn’t mind more bitterness in this one, perhaps I should’ve stopped at 3.6, but it’s a very tasteful and easy drinkable beer that I hope will see the stores and pubs during the summer as well. 161221
