On tap at Bakgården Både&. It's a lightly unclear orange colored brew with a dense finger-thick off-white head leaving some curtains. The aroma is mostly citrusy, orange especially, with a light piney touch and some pale malts. There's a nice bitterness in the mouth, it's full-bodied and semi-dry with a nice carbonation and a citrus fruit dominated flavor. Oranges, some grapefruit and pine cones, and some biscuity pale malts in the back. Long citrusy finish. A pleasant and refreshing beer. 181115

330 ml bottle, batch #256, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%, IBU 25. Overcarbonated, a reddish brown colored beer appears only slowly under a huge off-white head. Aroma of piney American hops, also notes of toasted malts and burnt breadcrumbs. The flavour is medium dry again with toasted malts, burnt breadcrumbs and piney hops, a hint of caramel. Not my favourite Christmas beer.

Bottle, at the brewery. It’s a lightly hazy pale amber colored beer with an off-white finger-thick head. Bread, caramel notes, fruityness, mostly dried fruits, a light funky touch and kveik yeast. It’s medium bodied, dry and nicely carbonated, with a nice bitterness. Bread, caramel hints, fruityness, some citrus zest, pine cones and a funky yeastiness. Lasting fruity finish. Starts off rather boring on the nose this one, but it’s a nice and refreshing beer with lots of good flavors. 190301

330 ml can, from Joker Vatlandsvåg. ABV is 4.5%, IBU 25. Brewed with hazelnut extract. Nut brown colour, moderate to small off-white head. Aroma of malts and nuts. Malty and nutty flavour too, thankfully not too sweet nor too bitter. Nice to drink.

330 ml can, from Joker Vatlandsvåg, ABV is 4.5%, 40 IBU. Pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Fresh aroma of American hops notes of citrus,tropical fruits and pine. Thin body. The flavour is medium dry, grapefruity and piney. Medium bitter. Nothing particularly Christmassy about it, rather a decent summer refreshment.

330ml bottl, batchnr 273, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Hazy amber-gold body, transparent, bubbly head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. A bit restrained smell of herbal hops with hints of citrus. Rather powerful taste of sappy, spiced citrus followed by moments of kveik and spruce to a drying bitter end. Pretty tasty. (Tromsø 15.03.2019).

330ml bottle, batch #270, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Bright late straw coloured body, stable, low white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Moderate smell of grainy malts and floral hops. Blended taste profile of oily hops and pale malts followed by a mid-dry bitter finish. Medium bodied. Quite alright with our halibut fish soup. (Tromsø 15.03.2019).
