Creamy tan head stayed on a reddish brown still body. Heavy malt, port & boozy aroma. Full bodied, slightly tingly on the front with a smooth back. Malt, syrup, jam, red berries & boozy tastes. A real sipper

Bottle from Belgiuminabox. Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a large throthy off-white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of stoney fruits, apricot, apples, pears and some spice. Taste has more stoney fruit notes, more peppery spice, hints of floral and an earthy hop bitterness. Fairly light bodied, fizzy carbonation on the palate and a long fruity, spicy and earthy hop aftertaste. it’s pretty good but not as fresh as i was hoping.

Bottle from BIAB. It pours deep golden - amber with a small foamy white cap. The aroma is rich bready character, soft sweetness, biscuit, cereal, grass and a touch of candied lemon. The taste is firmly dry, toasty grains, farmhouse bread, hay, grass, biscuit, cereal, nip of alcohol, spice, some dull fruits and a twist of citrus. Average body and moderate to high foamy carbonation. A perfectly serviceable saison. Drinkable.

Bottle at a tasting in Beermalade. Light sourness, which does not exactly fit the bigger picture. Besides it, there is moderate sweetness, simple caramelly sugary feeling. Not very charming. Rather average.

Raisin and mango in the aroma. Sweet, yeasty flavor with licorice and just a bit of apple sourness. Relatively thin. Too sweet and onedimensional to make a real impression.
