Unclear pale yellow color with a huge frothy white head. The head stays fine for along time. God intensity in the aroma. Pleasant coriander. Mellow carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Balanced sweetness. Yeast, wheat, mild citric and coriander in the flavor. Nice refreshing ale.

0,33 flaske fra Vinmonopolet Hønefoss, delt med Einar des-18: uklar korngylden med kort skum. Citrusfrukter, banan, krydder og gjær i smakfull kombinasjon. Lett krydret bitterhed i afslutningen, som også har oppviser et behagelig streif av granskudd. Mersmak.

Fra 0,33 flaske ombord på Fridtjofen, Holmens maritime juleølsmaking 08.12.18: brunsvart med flott skum som varer helt ned. Bittersjokolade, espresso, lakris. Et eller annet ufriskt som jeg ikke helt klarer å definere. Mulig at smaksapparatet er sløvet, vi nærmer oss slutten på en særs vellykket kveld. Bør antakelig gi denne en ny sjanse, da jeg egentlig synes den er ganske god.

Aroma is slightly sweet mineraly, dried dark fruits, hay, grass, lactose, caramel malts, dusty grain, nuts, minerals, bark, chocolate, hints of dusty cellar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, sour grass, bark, paper, metal tank, fruit stones, dusty cellar, caramel malts, soil, berry skin, medicine, toast. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Svart. Høyt mokkafarget skum som daler veldig sakte og etterlater pen lacing. Aroma av salt lakris. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken kakao & lakris. Blir alkoholisk tørr etter hvert - men et godt øl.
