Bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is honey, ginger, chili, very nice. Taste is the same, such a god balance and drinkability. Oily mouthfeel with flat carbonation. Very nice!

Clear orange to yellow mead. Aroma: lots of alcohol hitting the notse, more alcohol, orange peel, some honey, bit oxidized. MF: medium body, bit cloying. Taste: very sweet start, sticky honey, bit oxidized, some caramel, more oxidation, fruity, very sugary, good stuff though! Aftertaste: sugary, honey, a bit oxidized but not too much though. Very decent!

Bursztynowy kolor. Korzenny miód pitny w typie czeskim, migdały, trochę imbiru. Nie za słodki, trochę pali na finiszu, bardziej jak imbir niż jak papryka. Bardzo dobry.

25cl bottle from Krakow airport, Poland. Pours reddish amber, transparent, apparently dense. Aroma is obviously alcoholic, honey, fruity like apricot and peach. Body is dense, flat in carbonation, a little bit pungent. Taste is highly sweet, but not exaggerated. Final is fairly long and sweet.

Sampled at THT December. Clear pale straw with no head. Huge flowers, honey, soft green chilies, lime, fresh herbs and citrus, soft flowery. Medium sweet, light tart. Solid medium bodied. Nice and fresh.
