Corked and caged 375 ml bottle courtesy of beastiefan2k. The pour is a hazed golden with a minimal white head. The aroma is grass, hay, fruit, red wine oak, and a yeast funk. The taste has the Brett yeast right up front, leather and funk, moves into the soft grass and hay, has a nice edge of tropical fruit sweetness, then closes with the red wine and wood oak character. The Brett carries through the full taste, and dries the beer out. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, with the dry, Brett finish with lingering oak and red wine. Creative, well structured beer. Thank you for sending this beer, Eugene.

My 1,250th different brewery! 12 ounce can at Jen's 40th Surprise Party. Medium gold pour Finger high frothy white head. Sweet, bready malt aroma. Flavor is sweet, grainy with a touch of minerality and herbal hops. Clean and refreshing. Perfect for sippin' all day long.

Sampled at Max's Belgian Fest 2023. Pours a murky gold. Nose has pear and ginger, malt, spice. Flavor has some malt and candy, fruit is there with ginger. Clean finish.
