Sjøen 091223. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, roasted malt. Flavor is coffee, chocolate, sugar, roasted malt, mocca, vanilla, cocoa, licorice. Very nice beer.

Cloudy yellow in the glass and a small head Fine intensity in the aroma Mellow sweetness and a mild acidity Pleasant carbonation level. Easy to drink I felt it had a fine peach flavor. Maybe the combination of mango and guava [Can – bought at The Brewery]

Strpåfarget. Ulke. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Aroma av gress & krydder. Smaken litt syrlig. Gjær. Hint av krydder. Koriander. Tørr avslutning.

0,33 boks fra statens helseforetak i Hillevåg, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig krydret anslag både i aroma og smak - koriander/nellik, appelsin(marmelade), lys malt og belgisk gjær. Fin bitterhet og like fin mersmak.

330 ml can, batch #261, from Vinmonopolet Norheimsund. ABV is 5.5%. Moderately hazy pale golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of malts, Belgian ale yeast, mild spices (including coriander and oranges, which are actual ingredients, despite this not being a witbier). Fairly light bodied. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, distinct coriander, also fairly distinct bittering hops.

Amber with off white head - Malt aroma with hints of sour - Malt body that has a light sour flavour to it - Malt finish with sour hints - This was no good
