Strong sweetish aroma of candy, flowers and newmown grass. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is a bit on the sweet side, but a certain fruitiness of citrus helps the drinkability. Moderate hops in the finish. Average.

330 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Hazy pink to red colour, small off-white to pink head. Distinct aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also lactic acid, hints of lemon. Sour flavour of lactic acid, lemon and raspberries.

Beautiful and clear reddish brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and over-ripe plums, hints of solvent. The flavour is moderately malty with some caramel, but not very sweet. Moderate hops. Not memorable.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a nice, dense, tan head. Aroma has toffee, caramel and feels a little “woody”. A bit one-dimensional in flavor,sweet malt, caramel and low bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Not so interesting in my book. .

Ryolitt 2022 (BA Rhum). 330ml. Dark ruby and tiny dark head. Alcoholic rhum aroma. Light-bodied. Raisins, lots of rhum flavours, alcohol. Warming, could be maltier, now all rhum.

Poured mahogany dark color.
Rhum shows nicely, sweetish, dark fruits, spices. Warming, not boozy. Some wood.
