Ricklinger Imkertrunk, Fläschchen von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Orangegold, sehr trüb. - In der Nase feine malzige Süße, nur zarte Honignoten, dezente aber aromatische Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk weich brotig-hellmalzig mit deutlicher aber nirgends plumper Honignote in der breiten Süße, die durch feine Fruchtigkeit (Zitrone ohne Bittere) ausbalanciert wird. Mild rezent, hefig weich, vollmundig. Im Abgang doch noch unerwartet kräuterig-hopfenherb. Langer medizinisch-herber Nachtrunk. - Sehr leckeres Honigbier, das beträchtliche weiche Süße gekonnt mit kernig-frischer Hopfung und malziger Tiefe verbindet.

Ricklinger Weihnachtsbock, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin (Empfehlung des Inhabers). - Schönes Kupferrotbraun, klar; beigefarbener Schaum. - In der Nase sattes, tief karamelliges dunkles Malz mit schöner Süße, Honigbrot, dezente Hintergrundherbe. - Antrunk tief dunkelmalzig mit bitterem Karamel, röstigen Aromen (Brotkruste) und beträchtlicher krautiger Hopfenherbe. Dezente Malzsüße, Anklänge an Bitterschokolade. Milder rezent, vollmundig; der Alkohol ist kaum präsent. Im Abgang kernige krautige Hopfenbittere und dunkle Malzbittere. - Wuchtiger, kernig dunkelmalziger und ordentlich gehopfter Bock von großer Fülle und Tiefe. Große Klasse!

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown, almost black. Small brown head. Aroma is breadish. Roasted. Slight bitter. Dark malty. Breadish and roasted dark malt finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow, white head. Aroma is grassy, slight eggy. Crisp hoppy. Bitter, slight fruity. Dry, bitter and solid hoppy finish.

Bottle, 4,8%. Citric aroma with a sort of rough hoppiness to it. Clear dark golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is lagery, caramelly, slightly sweet and slightly bready. Rustic like most of the Ricklinger beers. But not bad.

Draught at the brewpub. Good bready aroma. Hazy golden colour. Big stable frothy white head. The flavour is fruity at first. Has a quite high bitterness. Late smokey note. Rustic and satiating.
