Bottle from the source. Crystal clear dark blush with a hint of orange. Sweet floral honey and lots of jammy tart raspberries on the nose. Sweet honey with a hint of flowery earth flavor and plenty of sweet and tart raspberry to counter quite nicely. Very enjoyable beverage!

Bottle from the source. Deep garnet color with brilliant clarity. Perfumy floral and tart on the nose with bits of non descript fruit. Flavor is pretty tart and fruity with bits of sweet honey and some light non descript berry type fruit. Bits of alcohol warming make this quite a sipper.

Bottle form the source. Brilliant burgundy color with a smattering of bubbles when first poured. Vinous raspberry on the nose with a touch of honey and very faint pepper. The flavor is quite sweet up front with lots of sweet honey and a great raspberry flavor and tartness to cut through the sugar. Lingering earthy smokey chipotle pepper heat lasts long into the finish. Very well made me I engulfed it far to quickly.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear amber orange color with light to moderate legs. Huge apple and light brown sugar on the nose with a touch of sherry and some deep tart fruity currant to counter. The flavor up front is all apple and sherry with hints of brown sugar. A bit of honey peaks through midway, but its not sweet enough to quell the onslaught of tart currant. This finishes a bit vinous and a little tart. Pretty tasty beverage, the wave of flavors are well done, but I’m not sure that it all meshes well together.

375 ml thanks to johnnnniee.... Awesome share! Clear gold color. Aroma is more than honey. Displays, mild oak, hints of brandy and subtle clove that is evident when warm. The flavor is a direct reflection and simply wonderful.

the Utopias barrel isn’t super obvious yet it’s still took on a totally unique character. Brandy, floral, and honey. Would I pay $125.00 a bottle? Hell no I would not! However, it is highly drinkable!
