Bottle from the Meadery Brilliantly clear light golden color with a huge bubbly white head and a steady stream of carbonation bubbles rising from the depths. Citrusy floral honey on the nose. Flavor follows well but adds a light cereal graininess to it. Tasty mead but not sure it was supposed to be carbonated.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear light golden color with a bit of legs when swirled. Vinous oaky with a hint of vanilla and citrusy honey. Just a bit too dry and wine like for my tastes, but well crafted.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear deep golden color with some legs. Sweet floral honey, lightly sulfury apple with a hint of vanilla spice and wax on the nose. The apple is up front and center but grudgingly gives up for some sugary honey sweetness. Mild vanilla and a bit of brown sugary lightly oxidized apples and faint oak in the finish. The oak is extremely subtle but this is a really tasty mead.

Bottle from the source. Depp slightly hazy golden color with a smattering of bubbles when first poured. Sweet honey light chocolate and faint vanilla with a touch of alcohol warming. Pretty tasty sipper.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear deep golden color with a smattering of bubbles that rise to the surface for half a minute or so. Big mint and moderate lime on the nose with some sweet floral honey providing a back drop. Sweet flavor of honey with a mild lime and mint to counter. Seems sweet without much to provide any acidity or balance, but still quite tasty without any flaws.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear pink tinged orange with a smattering of bubbles when first poured. Sweet light fruitiness on the nose with some faint floral honey to support it. Sweet berry and a light tartness with a semi sweet earthy floral honey flavor. Just barely semi sweet and pretty damn tasty in the subtleness of its flavors.
