Bottled, ABV 4.6% (BB 04/2007) This is the first Jacobsen imported to Finland by Sinebrychoff and sold in very rare big beer bottle size at grocery stores. Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Coriander, banana and leather in the nose. Fruity and spicey with coriander, banana and grapefruit. Slightly acidy, carbonated. Quite solid example of Witbier-style, not just really interesting, but drinkable anyway.

Bottle 0,75l. Dark brown color. A large brownish head that soon disappeared. Malt in the nose. A sweet malty flavor leading into a dry bitter finish. Not bad. Good-looking bottle. KI=7

Bottle at GBBF 2006. Thanks to Ungstrup for this. Crystal clear chestnut colour with thin beige head. Sweet aroma of malt and nougat. Syrupy. It’s strong in alcohol. Burnt flavours. Just way too strong, but good toffee flavour.
