Bottle, 4.8%. Hazy orange colour with small floaties. Not much aroma, perhaps a little sweet bread. The flavour is mild, has a hint of bread, some yeast, faint note of green apples. Weak grain citrus note in the finish.

(swing top bottle)Clear yellow colour with a short frothy white head. Sweet citrus aroma with a malty and herbal background. Sweet flavour, light bodied, crispy mouthfeel. The initial taste is like lemonade, gets a bit beery in the middle; sweet and citrusy, slightly malty, even a tad hoppy finish. One of the better Radlers.

(swing top bottle) Clear golden colour with a nice foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty and slightly fruity (ripe pears) aroma with a tinge of hops and alcohol. Sweet flavour, medium body, smooth carbonation. Initially sweet, but not too sweet maltiness, again slightly fruity notes; medium dry malty and slightly hoppy finish, slightly bitter and alcoholic. Not perfectly balanced and rounded but tasty and pleasant to drink.

(swing top bottle) Hazy golden colour with a fluffy and slowly lacing foamy white head. Dusty and slightly sweet malty aroma with wet straw and a touch of sourdough. Bittersweet flavour, light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Malty and yeasty taste; dry, light-bitter, slightly hopped finish. A bit slim but still ok, although the other Josefsheim brews are more impressive.
