Ty Erzengel. Must õlut ilma erilise peata. ~2.8

Ty Erzengel. Merevaigu värvi õlu, pea on ainult korraks. Aroom ja maitse on magus, karamell, natuke köögivilju, vesine, nats metalline, veits räpane, aga siiski võrdlemisi maitsetu. Libiseb lihtsalt, aga uuesti ei võtaks.

500ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Rather neutral, minimally grainy, pale malty aroma, whiffs of honey. Taste is watery, sweet-ish, pale malty, slightly bitter hoppy, minimally starchy, a touch of honey. Watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Good balance, not too sweet, not overly starchy, a bit anaemic, watery - OK.

Bottle. Clear gold with a glorious and long-lasting white head. Aroma of grains, cereals, floral hops, straw and tiny hints of citrus. Taste of grains, straw, cracker and minerals. Moderate bitterness though rather bold for the style. Medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel. It’s ok but I think it’s a tad bit too bitter for a Helles.

Bottle. Clear amber with a lovely white head. Aroma of malts, honey and caramel with spicy and earthy hops. Taste is malts, grains, caramel, honey and slightly spicy and floral. Sweetness is professionally kept in check by moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Very süffig. This hits the spot. I‘ll get some more.

Bottle. Dark brown sporting a nice beige/white head. Aroma of malts, herbal hops and a little bit of nuts and toffee. Taste follows aroma plus liquorice with a certain spiciness. Pretty herbal and bitter without being as sweet as some other Dunkels. Medium to strong carbonation. Decent.
