22/3/2019. Cask at the Sussex Beer & Cider Festival, Brighton. Pours almost black with a bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted note, dark fruit, berries and a hint of liquorice. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness and a light sour edge. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average combination. Has a slight sour berry finish. Ok.
