Cask at GBBF 2012. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a bubbly white head. The nose is light sweet tropical fruit, hop sack and pine. The taste is sticky tropical fruit, pine, resin, straw, light spice, grass, hopsack and some residual sweetness, with a long bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. Good flavour, but somewhat cloying. I think this would be much better with more carbonation to lift the flavour and therefore drinkability.

Cask@GBBF2012. Ambery golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramelly with some zesty, citrusy and quite peachy notes. Flavour is being quite similar in a nice balance. Hides the ABV very well!

12 ounce bottle thanks to Dallas. Pours a very clear copper color with a large white head. A rich raw nose of hops, some pine and bitterness. A sweet very big IPA with large resin and bitter finish, tangerines and lemon zest, very smooth. Pretty big hop flavors, especially citrus and green bitterness in the finish, but quite drinkable, not super balanced. Good.

Acquired this in a Locals4Locals IPA trade. Enjoyed in a Portsmouth Snifter.
A - gorgeous golden orang appearance with a 1 finger off-white head with tight creamy bubbles.
S - Smells great! Up front pine resin, cedar and bananas with a hint of tropical fruits.
T - Taste isn’t as great as the smell. There is some citrus in here, malt forward taste and some amber and light malts and finish is champagne dryness with more citrus bitterness. Maybe some pineapple.
M - 60% carbonation on the mouth swish. Medium body. Bitter at the finish more on a double IPA mouthfeel than a single.
O - This is a nice drinkable IPA. All of the way from England. Great job, lads!

Looks as it should - hazy light gold - frothy head that sinks to a small lace - nose is floral, with a fair amount of honey sweetness, some chalkiness, some apricot and lemon - fairly full but soft carbonation - surprising sweetness which is a bit excessive at times, especially on the tail end - honey, lemon, pepper, chalk, vanilla - quite a strong spiciness in the finish - I want to like it a lot more than I do - disappointing from this brewer.

Bottle @ home. Hazy, golden orange appearance with a fluffy, off white head. Fairly rich and fresh resiny, grapefruity hoppy, citrusy aroma. Somewhat bitter yet tasty grapefruit froward hoppy, light sappy, a touch woody flavor with a light burn on the finish. Pretty solid ipa.
