Founded in 2008 in the heart of downtown Albuquerque, Marble Brewery is devoted to brewing premium craft beer that satisfies the thirsts and discriminating tastes of our diverse and loyal customers. Keg at Bar Uno Albuquerque, 1/24/22. Hazy orange, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of coriander, spice, orange. Taste is sweet wheat, orange, spice. Juicy, lingering spice.

Sample at the New Mexico WinterBrew 2022 festival, 1/22/22. Murky orange thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit, melon. pale malt. Taste is pineapple, mango, melon, pale malt. Juicy.

Dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Roasted grains and coffee. Dark chocolate. Taste is roasted bitter the whole way through. Medium-bodied, slight wateriness in the texture. Good, basic stout.

Black with a creamy, beige head. Aroma of whiskey, oak, and dark chocolate with a nice balance between the three. Taste is mildly sweet with a bitter finish. Full-bodied, chewy, mild carbonation. Highest rated beer of my ABQ trip.
