On tap at Marble, pours a clear dark amber / copper with a tiny head. Nose brings out boozy port wine barrels, light brett, and a hint of pitted cherries. Flavour is fairly complex and barrel-heavy, with lots of boozy port wine, tart cherries and lots of bretty funk. The cohesion isn't quite there, but there's some nice flavours here. Good.

On tap at Marble, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a bit chalky, with citrus hops and chalk. Flavour is initially bright, with citrus hops, but then the chalk comes in and destroys this. Not the worst hazy, but it's muddled as most hazies are. Not great.

On tap at Marble, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is heavily roasted and hopped, with intense woody roasted malt and loads of pine cone hops. Flavour is mega-roasty and hoppy, almost seeming more like a black IPA — there's a huge amount of roasted malt and piney hops here in good balance. Assertive and tasty black IPA/stout. Very good.

On tap at Marble, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice potent piney hop character, with some sticky resins, and light sweet bready malt. Flavour is surprisingly complex and powerful, with dank piney hops, some resins, and just enough sweet biscuity malt. Piney, dank finish, with great depth. Excellent.

On tap at Marble, pours a muddled up orange with a small white head. Aroma is rather obscured, with pithy berries and some generic earthiness. Flavour is gently sweet and estery, with pithy berries, estery Belgian yeast and some earthiness. The fruit doesn't come through all that well. It's not offensive, but the fruit doesn't seem to be that well-positioned. Okay.

Flavour is bright, with gentle Belgian yeast esters, a hint of coriander and light citrus. Bright and surprisingly dynamic; I guess this is heralded for a reason. Good.

On tap at Marble, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty neutral, seeming more like a fuzzy yellow lager, with straw and not much else. Flavour is similar, bringing out notes of straw and crisp biscuity malt. Clean and crisp but needs more hopping and grassiness and flavour in general. Okay.

On tap at Marble, pours a clear bright pink with a small faded pink head. Aroma is fairly subtle, with herbal cactus-y notes and light salt. Flavour is tart and citrusy, with lots of prickly pear, light salt and bright citrus. Bright, nicely tart and just salty enough. Excellent gose.

Keg at Bar Uno Albuquerque, 1/24/22. Clear dark red, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, citrus. Taste is toffee, grapefruit, citrus. Well balanced, lingering bitterness.
