Flaske 500ml kjøpt på Topsham Wine. Delt med Rune på Great Western Hotel 29 Sep 16. Mørk gyldenbrun. Filmskum med litt filigranser. Veldig lett fruktaroma. Smaken malt & frukt. Blir syrlig etter hvert. Grei.

500ml bottle bought at Topsham Wine in Topsham. Dissipating beige head leaving spotty lacing down the glass. Copper coloured body, clear. dark caramel malty smell, hints of fruits. Blended taste of dark dough and dried fruits. Short bittersweet ending. Soft in the mouth. Satisfying, not more (Shared with Finn, hotel room, Exeter 29.09.2016).

Cask at The Anchor, Birmingham. Poured a deep mahogany with a bubbly light tan head. The aroma is dry roast. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a creamy caramel smoky bitter palate and a short bitter finish. A superb beer. Really a classic. Loved this to bits.
