Description
The Idle Brewery was launched in 2007 in premises next door to the White Hart pub in West Stockwith. The first brew was Idle Landlord followed by Idle Brewer. The brewery has sold beers to many outlets and many beer festivals but the main sale has always been to the White Hart pub which is the brewery tap. In September 2012 head brewer Brian Cooper and his wife took over and extensively refurbished the White Hart and now Brian only brews for use in the pub.
