12/7/2023. Can shared by minutemat, cheers. Pours hazy dark golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of strawberries, cream, yoghurt drop, hint of chocolate and smoke. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Sweet syrupy strawberry finish. Unusual. Okay.

440ml can shared with blackhaddock in his beer cave. Hazed pinkish orange appearance, white head. Can't say I've had many pink stouts before so don't have much to compare to. Strawberry sings the most, some mild vanilla, very distant coffee on the finish. Not much coffee or roast flavours for a pale stout, but a pleasant strawberry character all the same.

21st June 2023, new region and rare beer tasting with minutemat at my place. Cheers Mat for this weird one, 440ml can: BB July 2023. Pours a misty peach like colour, pinkish head. Strawberries in the nose and initial taste, some vanilla sweetness arrives and in the finish you get a coffee hint or two. Different and very un-Stout like.

Keg @ Black Cloak Taproom, Colwyn Bay. Misty pale yellow appearance, small white head. Bright hoppy character, with a vibrant zesty citrus nose. Fresh, zesty grapefruit character book-ended with a bright bitterness.. Super refreshing, very decent introduction to this brewery.

Keg @ Black Cloak Taproom. Pours a misty orange, small white head. Expected tequila flavours to feature prominently because of the name, but initial sip reveals rosey orange dominating alongside a soft zestiness and gentle bitterness. Not bad.

Very slightly hazy deep gold with a small, bubbly white head and a sweet nose. Caramel, fruit malt and bitter hops on the tongue, with a mellow floral hop character.
Goede zaak. Knap om zo'n kwaliteit te brouwen als je pas 10 mnd bestaat.
