Наша торговая марка “Степь и ветер” зарегистрированна в 2017 году, после нескольких лет наших успешных экспериментов. Звучное имя возникло из-за месторасположения. Мы находимся на границе Европы и Азии, где дуют сильные степные ветра и можно увидеть как далеко летают пчёлы.

Can. Scarlet, clear. Aroma: sour from rhubarb, lingonberry, a little metal. Taste: sour with honey sweetness, berries, rhubarb, well, original.

400ml on tap at Rule Taproom in Moscow. Pours clear dark red with a thin off-white head. Aroma is Christmas spices, wine grapes, honey. Taste is medium sweet. Light to medium sweet finish, Medium bodied.

450ml can. Pours hazy orange with no head. Aroma is mainly grapefruit, with some honey in the background. Taste is medium sweet, a perfect balance between tart grapefruit and sweet honey.

Couleur orange-rosâtre léger trouble, col fin blanc-cassé, pas tenace.
Arôme est plaisant avec un généreux bouquet de pamplemousse – nez un peu sur le jus de fruit tout en gardant cet apport organique du miel qui balance bien le fruité de l’agrumes dont le côté un peu plus acidulé.
Palais sur une belle douceur mielleuse sans être surfaite, repris par une belle note pétillante – note tropicale agrumes et fine acidité. La base reste similaire a celle retrouvée sur d’autres variantes de ces melomels de Steppe & Wind. Frais tout au long sans avoir trop de sucre latent.

Rose pâle, col fin rosé pas tenace.
Arôme framboise avec un bouquet mentholé assez frais et nettement plus sympa que la version dégustée juste avant de poire, romarin et citron vert. Touche organique en retrait pour l’apport de miel. Pas vraiment noter l'effet du houblon - sauf sur cet aspect fleuri/terreux.
Palais sur une fine douceur – framboise fraiche avec un pointe d’acidité – finement grinçant aux dents avec une pointe terreuse en fin de bouche. La menthe donne aussi une belle note fleurie fraiche avec un retrait organique du miel. L'apport du houblon reste discret.

Dorée col fin blanc bien pétillant et pas tenace.
Arôme menthe dès l’ouverture et avec ce renfort marqué de pepper mint que je trouve trop dominant – voire dentifrice. Effet d’infusion trop devant avec un mielleux moyen.
Palais sur une fine douceur mielleuse organique le tout rehaussé par l’apport de romarin. Rondeur délicate de la poire avec une fine note citrique – citron vert. Menthe reste tout au long avec ce caractère de désodorisant alors que cela ne semble pas être un ingrédient de ce melomel.

Аромат просто крутой, очень много именно лесной земляники, прямо как будто корзинку понюхал после леса, клубника, бананов мало, немного смородины. Очень ярко и концентированно. Цвет тоже убер яркий и крафтовый, очень мутный, темно желтый что ли. Вкус продолжение аромата. Просто тонна земляники сначала, также клубники больше, клюквы не замител как было на этикетки. При глотке уже больше бананов отчетливо. Действительно смузи, очень приятно и даже как то ново. Можно пить с удовольствием в отличие от смузи пив.

Аромат яркий и сладкий, много ягод прежде всего, есть не только смородина, но и черника с яжевикой, и нечто схожее даже с черешней. Что то вроде концентированного сока, почти без меда. Цвет глубокий, красно ягодный, пенка небольгая и красивая. Вкус тоже продолжение запаха, много сладости но сбалансированно. Много ягод снова, ядевика и черника снова, затем уже смородина. При глотке снова сахар и намеки на мед легкие. Очень сбалансированно и бархатно. Очень высокий уровень. радует.
