Sampled from tap at Meibockfestival Amsterdam 2016. Clear, reddish amber with a medium large, creamy, slowly diminishing, tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, some raisins, brown sugar and nuts. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, raisins, brown sugar and nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

On tap at PINT Meibockfestival ’15. Could be the same as Pelgrim Lammetjesbier, or a mix up from the festival organisation, but you never know with these Bijdehand beers. I’m pretty sure they’re not much different from his old Pelgrim beers. Anyway, Amber colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, caramel. Flavour is likewise, with some toast as well. Very short light-bitter finish. Light bodied. Not great.
