Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a dark red to brown color with a little white foamy head. Fell off to leave some light spotty lace.
The aroma had some toast, nuts, some apples, slight cocoa powder, light caramel/toffee malts.
The flavor leaned into the nutty and caramel malts. Toast came back to coincide with it claiming the aftertaste fairly nice. Nice semi-smooth nutty finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Mild carbonation. ABV felt nice.
Overall, nicely done brown ale worthy of coming back to.
