bottle bb3/22 ambrata piuttosto velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente grana media lievito esteri quasi solvente poi una discreta nota lupoolata piuttosto terrosa discreto corpo nota caramellata lieve tostata abbastanza amara

Bottle split at bottleshare Aug 2020. Pours hazed straw golden with a few bubbles of white head. Aroma: citric, apricot, peach, light funk. Taste: moderate to heavy acidic, light sweet, tart stone fruits, light spicy. Medium body with very light carb. Glad it was a small-ish pour as I would have struggled in terms of acidity with much more
