Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, golden, with limited white foam, very fine. Aroma is vegetal, something suggesting sour. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is complex: balanced and mild, with minimal bitterness and moderate sweetness first, then with some delicate sourness and an apricot feeling. Finish is fairly long.

Draft at RePub, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Italy. Pours full amber with minimal foam. Aroma is weak of caramel, dry fruits, figs. Body is average, like carbonation, but with some stickiness making for a good mouth, with the good alcoholic feeling that a Belgian strong ale should have. Taste is obviously pretty sweet. Finish is fairly long and alcoholic.
