On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color ciliegia viva, limpida, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso note di suola di scarpa, pollaio, frutta rossa, lambrusco. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale appena acido. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non la loro migliore birra.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, golden, with limited white foam, very fine. Aroma is vegetal, something suggesting sour. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is complex: balanced and mild, with minimal bitterness and moderate sweetness first, then with some delicate sourness and an apricot feeling. Finish is fairly long.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy, as Corniola. Pours red, medium transparency, with moderate but sticky foam, pinkish and fine. Aroma is sour cherry. Body is average, with good carbonation and nice astringency. Taste is intensely sour. Finish is nicely short.
