Bottle. Hazy red-orangeish color with white head. Aroma is raspberries, blackberry as well a bit, fresh funk, barrel. Taste is raspberries, tannic, not too sour. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good stuff!

Bottle shared at The Nepomuk Beer Festival ‘19. Fairly hazy pink red with a small pink head. Aroma of citrus, tart red berries and light funk. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap @Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome-Italy. Dark rose-wine pour with an ivory lacing. Nose: stable, chicken shit, soft tart. Mouth is medium sweet, hidden tart, pretty clean but lacks sourness imo.

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. yellow very hazy color, small white head. smells citric, grassy, earthy, some funk, bit cheesy. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes very very peppery, tannnins, earthy, herbal. finishes dry and medium sour with rather peppery notes, tannins and bit earthy. loved the smell, taste is super super peppery, almost undrinkable 8, 4, 5, 3, 10

Aroma with lots of fresh, jammy raspberries, straw.
Tastes similar, with even more distinct raspberries.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes jammy, medium sour, with lots of raspberries, some straw.
Tasty! Endless amounts of fresh, jammy raspberries, while it's still very well balanced. Outstanding raspberry-forward stuff. Score: 8 / 5 / 8 / 4 / 16

29/4/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of saxo. Pours clear gold with a nice sized lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of smoked cheese and frazzles. Sweet smoked cheese to taste. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Started well, but my enjoyment of it quickly faded.
