Draft - Floral honey notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Slightly sweet and almost tea like with an almost floral honey finish. A bit sweet and flabby for my taste.

On tap at 'La Diana'. Clear, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit herbal-grassy aroma of tea leaves, blackberry and some caramel. Moderately sweet, malty, just slightly bitter, gently herbal-grassy and softly fruity taste of toffee, blackberry, elderberry, some tea leaves and a touch of blackcurrant, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently herbal-grassy, a bit yeasty and a little dry finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid.

Full body, no carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of peach, apricot, stone fruits, bit lactic, grassy, citric, earthy, bit peppery, spices, lactic. Finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of peach, spices and earthy notes. Lovely, greatly balanced, love especially the taste. 8, 4, 9, 4, 17

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Giallo acida, discretamente limpida, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso sentori di stalla, fieno, bergamotto, una nota di erba medicinale, leggermente balsamica.
