Charlotta 2022. Bottled at OP with the BJCP crew. Very dark red body, pinkish creamy body. Sour cherry towards cherry wine, some funky touches, but mainly leaning on red wine. Smooth vinuous sour cherry taste, basically like excellent cherry wine, red wine works too, minerally, soft low sourness. Good one!

Tap at BeerGeek. This does indeed have lots of white wine character, but also lots of funk. Cleanish though, hay, straw, a bit of barnyard, lots of flowers rather. Background wood. Med-high sourness, but nicely rounded, soft feeling. Med-light bitterness, light tartness and sweetness. Very easy drinking. Excellent overall.

Tap at Azyl from a Gambrinus glass as all others are gone due to the fest ahhahaha. It does focus the lovely aroma fine. Blueberries, acetic notes, some maltiness. Lean, dry taste - huge blueberries, oak, light tannins, wood, lightly acetic, some lactic notes, not too dried out... Light bitterness in the finish too. Not moreish, the body ends up a bit limp, but fun!

Bottle shared at Lya. Pours deep golden with white head. Nose and taste are nicely balanced and well mixed bitter and sweet notes, the latter being more dominant, bot far from overwhelming. There’s a light acidic and fruity touch to it, and the spicy, even smoky character of the barrels also come through, rounding the sip off nicely. Layered and highly enjoyable beer.
