THT. Brown with light tan head. Gushed a little. Very strong carbonation. Sweet coffee, nutty, leaves, chocolate, fruity and sour grape most. Medium body and too much gas.

Bottle shared at THT September. Slight gusher. Dark brown with huge fluffy dark beige head. Overripe red fruits, grapefruit, oxidized notes, light funk, chocolate, a touch of plastic. Solid sweet and bitter, lighter sour. Over medium bodied, strong carbonation. Interesting.

Hazy light golden with white head. Sour grains, lemony fruity, bit weird herbal/algae, some skunky smell. Medium sour, splash of salt. Medium body and soft carb.

Bottle shared. Quite hazy light golden with fluffy white head. Skunky, metallic, dead yeast, grapefruit peel, dry hops, indeed quite 'ziltig' with some seawater, coriander, wheat. Under medium sweet and bitter, lighter sour. Solid medium bodied. It really tastes like a blend of a bitter hoppy beer and a sour, but with some rough and nasty edges. Not great, especially the nose.

‘t Schrijvershuisje/Hengstdijk. Hazy amber-ish with massive frothy head. Yeasty monster. Yoghurt with grains and some fruitiness. Mild sour and strong bitter dead yeasties. Medium body and too much carbonation. Sour saison-ish, bit Orval-ish too.

Bottle, bought about a month ago at 't Klaverblad Beerse (B). Batch 0 no.56. Color: Lightly hazy golden to amber, dense thin white head. Aroma: Funky, unripe white berries and white grapes, hay. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, hay, wild yeast funk, wheat, unripe white berries and grapes, some citrus and some wood and tannins. Light sweetness. Wormwood-like hints. Just over medium body, jist below average carbonation. Long lasting dry-ish finish with some vinuous- / Sherry-like hints. Nice and quite complex, but hard to tell the differences with the unblended base beers.without side by side tasting.

Bottle, batch 1 no. 174. Beware! Cork popping out like a rocket. But no gusher luckily. Color: Clear ruby to copper, large frothy yellowish beige head. Aroma: Dark and red fruit, leathery funk. Taste: Quite strong leathery funk, dark malt, malty, notes of dark and red fruit. Just over medium body, above average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light hopbitterness. Long lating finish. I like the leathery funk, but the carbonation is just too much to fully enjoy.

Bottle, batch 0 no.50. Huge gusher, luckily I opened it near the sink. Color: Hazy murkish reddish brown, large yellowish light brown head. Aroma: Tart, caramel, horseblanket-like funky. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, moderate sweet and light bitterness. Malty, dark malt and roasted / burnt malt, some horseblanket-like wild yeast funk, caramel, some candy sugar and some dark and red fruit / cherry notes. A little more hoppy and dry-ish finish with notes of tannins. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Taste is good, but beware of the gusher.
