Bottled 03/2022. deep orange cloudy color, small white head. smells citric, spices, funk, plums, subtle apricots. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of apricots, apricot pits, marzipan, stone fruits, bit citric, bit acidic, some minerality, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of apricots, citrus and some minerality. lovely. probably it would have been more sensible to sit on this for a couple more months, instead of popping it immediatly, but I did not want to wait. A tad bubbly and a little on the acidic side, but overall this is very nice, lovely fruit notes, very good to drink in this heat.

Bottled 03/2022. amber / redish hazy color, medium big white head. smells of apples, bit leathery, some oak, subtle berry notes, minerals, light herbs and minerals. nice to very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes of apples, peppery, minerals, grassy, earthy, subtle berry notes, bit citric. finishes bubbly, lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, spices and some minerality. very nice one, great balance.

0,15l from bottle at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Yellow cloudy color, small white head. Smells earthy, stone fruits, some oak, spices, nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of stone fruits, oak, citric, grassy, peppery, peaches. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, citric and oak notes. very nice pine notes. very good one.

0,75l bottle at home. redish hazy color, small pink head. smells of cucumber, stone fruits, cherries, some raspberries, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes raspberries, cherry notes, some stone fruits, cherry pits, bit lactic, marzipan, citric and grassy. finishes dry and rather sour with notes of raspberries, cherries and some funky notes. pretty good one, rather on the sour side, raspberries a bit too dominant for me, inbetween its also a bit sweet. overall good one.

0,75l from bottle shared at Ammutson some days ago. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, earthy, grassy, tannins, baby diapers. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, spices, tannins, grape notes, earthy, peppery, rather funky. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, grapes and peppery notes. Good stuff, very funky, super grape forward.
