0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 08/2021. redish hazy color, small white head. smells funky, berry notes, flowery, stone fruits, grassy, earthy, peppery, nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes funky, citric, grassy, flowery, some stone fruits, herbal, hay, only hints of quince and very subtle berry notes. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, berry notes and some funk. very nice one, very nice balance, not super fruit forward but somehow very delicate, lots of funk which I like.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, thin and dense white head that seems to last forever. Aroma: Wood, grape, yeasty hints. Taste: Very well balanced light tartness and sweetness, fruity grapes, oak wood, tannins, lightly spicy and yeasty hints and light farm-like funk. Malty base. Very light hoppy bitterness, old hop. Medium body, low carbonation. Smooth, almost creamy and dry-ish mouthfeel. All flavors mixed in exactly the right proportions, none of them overwhelms. Very nice.

Dull blond colour with lasting head. Compared to the Nelson/Chardonnay version this has less wine and more of the base Saison. Perhaps a bit too sweet. Certainly plain and quite safe.

Hazy blond colour with big fluffy head. Aroma and flavour are slightly metallic. The white wine notes are definitely there. Sweeter elements if a Saison are in the background throughout. Interesting. Perhaps a bit safe.
