Bottled March 2023. deep purple color, small pink head. smells spices, earthy, horseradish, some grapes and tannins. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, some volatile acids, tannins, red grapes, currant notes, horse radish, peppery, lactic. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of horse radish, currant notes and bit peppery. better than other bottles I had so far from this release date, still not great though, too much volatile acids, a bit messy overall. drinkable overall.

Clear copper orange beer, big aery irregular white to off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, floral, oranges, orange peel, elderflower, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pleasant acidity, very floral, some orange peel, a bit oxidized, a bit woody, zesty, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: floral, oranges, a bit fruity, nice acidity, some tannins.

Bottled June 2023. amber hazy color, medium big white head. smells grassy, earthy, light grapes, tannins, wood, peppery. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, lactic, tobacco. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of pepper, grassy and earthy notes. good one overall, rather on the dry / sour side, not overly complex.

Taster showing dark gold with half a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of apricot and peach with hints of lambic.
The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Peach and stone fruit forward with a moderately intense tartness and hints of brett.

The nose shows lightly intense notes of apple, pineapple, lambic, and apricot.
The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Light pineapple fruit forwardness with an acetic tartness and hints of harmonious.

From bottle. Big red grape aroma with the antioxydants flying in your face. Sour, bit puckering, complex and wonderful. Wow, nice red fruits.

From bottle at Wild Festival 2021. Aroma is red fruits, red grapes, plenty of red wine. Tart and light to mild sour with a little sweetness. Body is medium. Nicely vinous, for red wine enthusiasts.
