Lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, earthy, spices, herbal, red wine, grapes. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grassy, earthy and wine notes. Very nice one, rather wine forward

0,75l bottle at at Ambasada in Zagreb shared by me. Red hazy color, small white head. smells cherry, raspberries, grassy, earthy. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes raspberries, grassy, tobacco, peppery, cherries, nutty. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of raspberries, cherry and peppery notes. Nice to very nice stuff

75cl bottle @ Christmas tasting in blackhaddock's beer cave. Pours red with a light mist, thin white sheet that dissipates. Tart city, woody lambic nose, lovely blueberry nuances, tangy sour edge.. going well with Marks pickled onions.

Christmas Gathering, 18th December 2023. 5 guys at my gaff drinking beer and talking bollocks. Cork and capped 750ml bottle (bottled in November 2019). 1st beer of the session. Red, almost clear body, wisp and collar of white around the glass. Funky berries, tart and semi-sour, good start to the evening.

Dark yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and taste are very vinous. Sour fruity elements. Something of a tangerine.

Bottled 05/2023. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells funky peppery, earthy, oak, stone fruits, bit leathery, suble tannins. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, horse radish, stone fruits, grassy, earthy, tobacco, leathery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of funky, earthy and stone fruits. nice one, not overly expressive, probably a bit young still, but very good none the less.

Bottle directly from DUST. Color: Hazy pinkish red, fast disappearing light pink head. Aroma: Funky, vinuous. Taste:Rural funk, vinuous, red grapes, citrus, lime, hay, wood, tannins. Very light bitterness. Over moderate tart. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry-ish fruity finish. Nice.
