Orange, medium hazy body, with a tiny head. Aroma of funk, barrel, nectarine, spicy white wine. Tastes similar, with more juicy white grapes. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes vinous, moderate acidic, a bit sweet, with grapes, some nectarine. Very tasty! Perfectly balanced, with just enough acidity, lovely fruits, rustic funk and an elegant vinous finish. 0,75l bottle at home. yellow murky color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, pepper, spices, tannins, vinous. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes nectarines, vinous, stone fruits, blackberries, some jammy. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of nectarines, blackberry and jammy notes. super smooth, lovely balance overall.

Bottled 04/2020. amber hazy color, small white head. smells vinous, peaches, earthy, grassy, spices, peppery, tobacco. lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vinous, grape notes, peaches, bit funky, tobacco, stone fruits, some hay, bit lactic. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of peaches, pepper and some vinous notes. very nice one, love the balance.

Bottle shared by Werckmeister. Slightly hazy reddish brown with white head. Some blackberries, a bit of vinous tannins, quite earthy, some oak. A bit rough for me.

Bottle shared with Seth breaker at Beer Merchants Tap - Hackney. Pours clear pale yellow with a slight, foamy white head that settles into a cream. Light-medium sweet flavour, salty, restrained acidity, some white wine, tangerine, lemon, subtle pale wood, slight poop and funk. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Tart finish, reasonably quenching, lemony bite, salty bite. Very nice.
