During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, and superhelpful and funny Rachel, hehe. Appearance: nice. Aroma: dry, apples. Taste: same. Overall: ok.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, and superhelpful and funny Rachel, hehe. Appearance: ok Aroma: nice funk and grapes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: nice and balanced.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy bright red with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright red berries, light barnyard funk, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is dry and fruity, with tart red berries, tartness, moderate acidity and gentle wild yeast. Not particular refined but pleasantly made. Decent.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart apricots, grape skins and oak barrels. Flavour is full of stone fruits, apricot pith, and a touch of grape skins. Wild and oaky, but kind of muddled. Could be improved.
