0,75l bottle shared at charity tasting at home. red hazy color, small white head. Smells berry notes, raspberries, wood, blackberries. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes blackberries, berry notes, spices, grassy, earthy. Finishes dry light to medium sour with notes of berry notes, grassy and earthy notes. pretty good one, love the balance.

Tastes tobacco, aronia, earthy, vinous. Finishes lightly dry and lightly dry with notes of aronia, vinous and earthy notes. very balanced very smooth

Shared bottle at tasting. Unclear golden with almost no head. Sour aroma of apples, grapes, marzipan. Taste is light sour, apples, pears, funk, light winey and earthy notes. Nice.

Bottled 03/2022. deep orange cloudy color, small white head. smells citric, spices, funk, plums, subtle apricots. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of apricots, apricot pits, marzipan, stone fruits, bit citric, bit acidic, some minerality, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of apricots, citrus and some minerality. lovely. probably it would have been more sensible to sit on this for a couple more months, instead of popping it immediatly, but I did not want to wait. A tad bubbly and a little on the acidic side, but overall this is very nice, lovely fruit notes, very good to drink in this heat.
